My friends came here at 12 AM (closing time) and ordered 8 large fries and they delivered quality and a kind heart. Shoutout to the Ace and Sam for amazing work and love . LEGENDS deserve raises :)
This McDonald's consistently has horrible service and terrible food(I've eaten here several times.) You wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes on average, and by the time you receive hour food, not only is it cold, but it is stale also!What they lack in unhealthy, cold, stale food, they make up for with missing food items and gross order inaccuracies.
This particular McDonald's never fails to mess up my order or take forever been here about 6 times and it's convenient location but service not so great. Last was waiting and seen 9 cars get their food and leave then finally came to aske me what was my order and waited about another 10 minutes on top of the 25 minutes already.
just went to the McDonald's in La Mirada on imperial ordered it the fried chicken sandwich and it was disgusting the chicken meat that looks sick and there was nothing on it and the bun was overheated it was all wrinkled and dried out it was the most tasteless thing I've ever had.
I drove all the way here to get ice cream and of course you guessed it lol their ice cream machine is down smh.So instead I got number 7 and I asked for the fries to be fresh and hot.. and of course they gave me cold nasty fries. So much for cheat day!
Food is great, it's McDonald's. The MC app, is a waste of time. Quick, fast & affordable.
Great visit. Everything was open except the self serve soda machine. Employees were more than helpful tho.
I'd rather go to the location on Leffingwell even tho this one is walking distance from my house. They always seem to be short staffed and stressed out. Not good for these employees. And definitely not good for customers. I waited for 25 minutes until I decided I should have listened to my gut and not have came here in the first place. There was one person ahead of me and 3 delivery services that walked in after me during that time frame. Of course there's drive thru too. I thought it'd may be quicker if I came inside seeing that there was only one person in line. I have specific cravings at the moment so my bf and I drove to the other location where we ate within the first 10 minutes of being there.
Something is definitely wrong at this place. Whoever the manager is, needs to be retrained and or let go of. It’s not working out for the employees. Myself and every customer after me had all their orders incorrect or missing items. I don’t blame the employees. It’s a manager issue and needs to be addressed.
Super slow service. The staff was having all kinds of issues today. I heard other people making remarks about the slow service as well.
