We ordered catered food on Thursday to be picked up on Sunday for Mother’s Day. If we say we’re going to pick it up at 3 we shouldn’t have to wait an extra 45+ minutes waiting in line to pay. If that was going to be the case let us know when we first ordered. Otherwise, waiting for that long in a line can sour future business opportunities. Shame. My family probably won’t ever order from here.
Really enjoy the chicken there, love the sides (rice n potato salad). The staff is very friendly and courteous.
For starters, i paid 15 for leg thigh combo. The food was really processed and the siZe of the chicken is too small. I asked for a bigger piece but i was informed that all the chickens are small.Umm never comming here again. Pollo loco has more fresh food.Over all the employees where friendly
You’re no longer bound to eat at Pollo Loco when you want tasty Mexican style chicken. This place is miles above that corporate restaurant. I ordered the leg and thigh combo and definitely got thick juicy pieces of chicken. Come with rice and beans. I think you can also get potato salad, which I’m told is quite tasty. They even have Horchata in the soda fountain area! I’m being picky but the only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the rice. It’s ok, just had a different taste that I’m not use to.

So yummy! My favorite go to better then pizza and cheaper. Get the mini pack feeds 4 for $20 with yummy real food.
