Been coming here for almost 40 years and food has always been good...until now. In the last year the food quality isn't that good. The food that I ordered last night was so gross, had to toss it in the trash. Ordered an antipasta salad with no onions or peppers but when I got it home and saw it was loaded with onions and peppers, 3 pieces of cheese that was gross, tasted like it had been out for hours. Spaghetti and meatballs...meatballs didn't taste done, the spaghetti was barely cooked and sauce was runny with no flavor. The girl behind the counter kept glaring at me for whatever reason and was just rude, server Tea V. Good possibility I won't ever comeback until the owner takes more pride in his business.
This rating is for very bad customer service on Thursday evening 4/21. I arrived to place an order and was ignored by two waitresses who were completely immersed in their cellphones and socializing. After a few minutes of standing in front of the register one finally acknowledged me and took my order. Since I had to wait for my pizza I had the opportunity to see how they were socializing and looking into the cell phone, giggling and ignoring customers.Completely unprofessional. I was so disappointed. I’m sorry but I will not return despite the fact that your pizza is delicious. That behavior should be kept somewhere in a break room or personal time.
*It was a very busy place for lunch on a Sunday.⬇️*The meat ingredients were plentiful but a lot less cheese compared to pre-pendemic. It's disappointing that the pizza was kind of dry and the sausages were burnt despite the mushrooms, Canadian bacons and Pepperoni were OK. ⬇️*Huge parking lot.⬇️*Long line to place orders. It took almost 1/2 hr.!! ⬇️*Very slow service. Appetizer (garlic bread) was completely forgotten despite checking w/ front desk twice. Unacceptable!!??
I NEED EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND THIS!!!!!!!!!!!this place is amazing!!!!!i love pizza but i always have something to criticize about it. but this place had me at everything!!!!the bread was soft, the crust was crunchy but not hard like stale, the marinara had such a good taste to it with a good amount of sauce, the peperoni wasnt crunchy or hard it was cooked just right in combine with the delicious cheese!!!!! i could go on and on about this place but all i know is that this is now my one and only pizza spot!!! i look forward in meeting the family that runs this amazing restaurant because i know i will be a frequent and loyal customer. thank you so much for the delicious meal!!!!
Not as good as it used to be. This place has been a family favorite in the community for generations. But I was so disappointed this last time. It's just mediocre now. Place is dirty inside and some girls aren't very friendly. Told me my order would be ready in 40 mins so I got there about 5 mins early, my order wasn't ready yet which was fine but when I got home 5 mins after picking it up my pizza was completely cold.
One of my favorite family owned. It was very busy due to game day, they were dealing with difficult customers...with kindness. And making sure they were helping everyone. We enjoyed our pizza!
They missed up our order again and quickly replaced my pizza with another that was soggy. To be honest, I think the pizza's were made way in advanced for today. My family has eaten here for about 20 years. Service hasn't been so kind for awhile. We have stopped buying from here for awhile and we decided one more chance. Very disappointing and sad. Maybe changes will happen to improve customer care and service. Yes, food is usually good. Last time we bought the lasagna we bought the family size for two. It was served in a very small container. We voiced our concern as we know what the size is supposed to be. We were told by the worker. It looks like a lot to her. This is an example of why we stopped purchasing food. It appears they are actually reading there reviews. I hope they see it and correct their customer care.
The place had really good pizza. The worker David was especially nice making recommendations on toppings and just a great dinning experience.
Gondola Pizza has been open for as long as I can remember. I would eat here back in the '80s. You can't be open as long as they have unless you food is really good. The only thing I have a problem with is they charged us a dollar to refill a Coke and the Coke was one third ice to begin with. But they have a big menu of sandwiches and pastas and pizzas you can't go wrong with this place.
Called to place an order was told 25 minutes went to pick it up and still waited 50 minutes to get a cold pizza. Called when I got home and personal hung up on me. Called back and let personal not to hang up on customers and I received cold pizza Personal asked for my name and I said that did not matter. Been in the area 30 years.
