Got really sick from their chicken either being bad or not cooked all the way. Called to warn them about it. They didn't seem to care enough to even take down the time and date to trace any possible other related calls or trace a batch of bad chicken. Just said "thanks for the feedback and sorry". Not sure if the CDPH would agree this was the proper response to this.
Previous dine-in was good. My first drive thru experience was less than great. I am very unfamiliar with menu and options, and got a nugget meal. I felt a bit rushed to pay and go. Cashier never asked that typical "anything else", and since I'm pretty new, "uh.... thanks" was my response. Once I got home, I found there was no sauce at all, not even ketchup for fry. Cashier should have asked, but he was in a hurry to say good night to me and get the line moving.
I have probably eaten at Chick-fil-A 20 times.Unfortunately this was the worst Chick-fil-A meal I have ever had. It was a four piece entree Chick-fil-A strips.One piece was super fat but when I tried to cut like pull it apart in half it was like rubber. It seemed like it was undercooked I'm not going to say it was undercooked it seemed like it was I took one by tried to eat it tried to say it was okay to myself but couldn't and so I didn't eat that piece.The other three pieces in the box all looked like they were small and overcooked and that they had already sat the amount of time they were supposed to sit there and it had turned all the end pieces so hard that you couldn't chew them.The best thing about the meal was the Chick-fil-A sauce. It's unfortunate that it was so horrible and usually I don't say anything but I mean it was really horrible it's just I don't want to give Chick-fil-A one star but it probably deserves one star. I don't know if I'll ever eat at Chick-fil-A again I'm on the fence right now but that particular one I'm probably going to pass up.
Ever had a chicken sandwich. That's what it is. Their Chick-fil-A sauce taste like 1 part Ranch 0.5 part BBQ and 0.25 part mustard. Try it at home, you won't miss it. I don't get the hipe - at all
Decided to grab a quick bite, something light. Opted for no drink and the young man I think his name was Stephen, I can't remember clearly, offered me a water cup. Of course I accepted the offer and just want to shout that young man out. I know Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but something tells me his parents raised him well. Overall a great experience.
This chick fil a is awful. Every time I come to this location the workers are rude and can care less. My fries are always stale and taste like they have been sitting forever. I never have issues at other locations like this so not sure what the source is but figure it out.
Was enjoying my Cobb salad until I saw this on a piece of lettuce!
Spicy chicken is awesome as always. Loved the waffle fries. The service is fast, in and out within minutes. Definitely recommend it. Happy that it was walking distance from the hotel.
The food was delicious, grilled chicken club was, cooked, seasoned right, and fries were nice a crunchy. Texture wise, was tender, crispy like a chicken sandwich from an expensive dinner! Ok ? ? ?
There ok, like the crunch of Popeyes better, and don't have to wait half hour
