I ordered online 2 hours ahead to pick up and they made me wait extra 45 mins to finish my order
I love this place. Haven't really had a bad meal yet. I love their fries! Plus it's like 100 yards away from my house. ?
I've always loved wingstop and this one just did not do it for me. The "hot" was not sauced correctly, half of it was sprinkled with sauce and definitely not hot. My wife's bone in mild was just gross to be honest. It seemed like they poured 10lbs of butter and a drop of sauce. Same with my daughters boneless.... such a shame we love wingstop and were just let down
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Granted I was a walk-in. Ordered a 20 piece & it literally took 1 hour. The employees were just laughing the whole time. Worst wing stop I’ve ever been too.I should’ve checked the rating first because it looks like they consistently give bad service.
Order said it would take 15 minutes. Instead took 45 minutes. The guy at the register had a horrible attitude. They said my order was completed on the app and still wasn’t 30 minutes later
Drink machine wasn't working and they let me order it anyways. When confronted with this fact the manager WALKED AWAY. No offer was made to make up for this. Had to walk to the counter to ask for a refund. Told they can't refund the drink and WALKED AWAY again. Finally had to just demand a full refund which they couldn't even put back on the card. Manager refused to give a name. No help from her. Literally ran behind her minimum wage employees. DESPICABLE.
The app is always messed up and can't ever order on it yet every time you call they always try to get you to use the app or online. Then when you do finally get your order in it takes forever. food isn't great and the accuracy of your order is always off, always off, I've been there 4 times each time I have never gotten what I've ordered never again will I go there

Delicious chicken wings! we are definitely coming back for more! Buffalo wings is the best!
All of the food is excellent.We had to ask for silverware, napkins, the trash can. None of it was accessible to customers. Kind of weird
