I haven't been there in quite some time, the dining area was filthy, trash on the floor, tables not cleared or wiped down and more order took 40 mins
Ordered $160 worth of wings and sides. All good and disgusting. Shutting down would be better than such a disgusting disregard for good food and customer service.
I ordered food and there was a broken window when I arrived. I guess someone had caused some damage and then left. I was told to come back tomorrow for my refund because they had shut down cooking.I came back the next day and the worker told me she couldn’t give me my $ back yet. When I asked the shift supervisor, she said her store manager and only district manager were trained to issue refunds. The store manager was out sick and she couldn’t provide me with a phone number or an email to contact the manager. She also couldn’t provide me with expected date, only said ‘sometime next week.’When I asked for a number to contact, she pointed me to her website. Wow. Management, leadership and training needs serious help here.Nobody would expect to pay $65 for food, not get it, then wait for over a week on a generic timeline for a refund because “we don’t know how to do it.”
Need some Better training down there don’t blame the workers it must be the managers help!!!
We feel super bad for the dude that works here! Actually, no, he was pretty unfriendly. Completely overwhelmed with orders left and right and working all by himself. We waited 20 minutes for our takeout order. The prices on the board are misleading. He charges us more and didn’t respond when we pointed out the price differences. This place also needs some major deep cleaning and disinfecting! There’s spiderwebs in the windows and everything looks pretty filthy here. Do not trust anything in this place that is not deep fried!
The wings are great, the counter person was great, but I just can't spend $1.50 per WING!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! COME ON MAN! Ya know, when I was growing up, the butcher used to give my mom pounds & pounds of chicken wings for FREE! For soup stock, etc, so the price they charge for wings now is RIDICULOUS! Won't do that again!
My Daughter got a job here and she loved it.
We ordered hot wings and there was no sauce and when I called the lady she said “WE HAVE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS ON OUR WINGS. We just make them buttery.” So I asked for mild sauce and they gave me butter?? I have been to wing stop before and never had an experience like this. Then she’s like you can come back and we can make them again. But I will no longer go to this location
Came in around 9 pm with no people and got some super hard fries , this is ridiculous , giving this kind of fries to a customer
They NEVER answer the phone ??Theyll let it ring for minutes. Last time I drove all the way from my house to the store while dialing, I opened the door and walked in the building and the Phone is RINGING OUT LOUD while in visibly holding my phone to my ear.. I ask the lady why they don't answer, she had the boldness to say "Oh we can't hear it" umm ??
