Perfect location while driving back from Casino to grab a bite to eat.The guy working drive thru, blue or green eyes, was very polite and helpful in making up a final decision on what we wanted to order.Food was good and the team at this location worked well as I drove off to eat my meal.Thanks Wendy's
To tell the truth they are fast in service, there customer service is really not there unless your a face they get to know but even with that this is one of the best wendy's I like going the drive thru time is not a long wait so it's possible to make it in 7min or less. The bad side is that the entrance and exit is a bit lacking but all in all I recommend going. Though please don't overload these young guys people they are growing.
I went at almost midnight on Tuesday and it was the best chicken sandwich I'd ever had and the fries were got and crispy. The cook added onions to my sandwich which I guess isn't normal but now I'll be requesting it that way. I went today and got the same meal and it was good but no onions so I came home and added my own. Still super good. I love wendys.
I HIGHLY DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE. Even when they aren't busy, they are slow.They got my order wrong. I told the cashier about it and the cashier went to get a Big lady in blue shirt, I was staring at her and she let out a deep breath and rolled her eyes. When I told her I dint want the food and wanted my money back. She dint said anything but her facial expression said everything.
Two days in a row I ordered food from them. The food is great but I ordered large iced coffees add cream and sugar and two day in a row I get black iced coffees. The second day I was hopeful they wouldn’t do me like that twice. I mean, how hard is it to read a screen? I’ve done this type of job before. Apparently at this place, it extremely difficult. Who tf want a large black iced coffee?! Nasty!
Still good burgers, great salads, unlimited choices soda machine.This location has like a lounge with a fire place and big screen TV. Fast service, friendly manager.
Salad fresh, bacon burger fair, out of co2 so subbed frosty. Fries warm not hot. 15 minute drivethrough
Ordered a fry and frostyccino and they gave me an iced coffee instead, we heard yelling and they struggle to find staff who can handle the simplest of orders. We waited at least 20 minutes to be faced with disappointment and fries.Ending my review on a positive note; they were hot and crispy.
I love Wendy's but this location has closed its lobby and the lines are so long but my son and I still come here we love their spicy chicken sandwich hopefully more people will request the lobby open so speed of service can be what it used to thank you Wendy's
The remodel looks great, but the customer service was so-so. But what really bothered me were the fruit flies in this Wendy's. They don't clean their soda machine! Makes me worry how clean the kitchen is. I used to love this Wendy's, now it's disappointing.
