I have been going here for a while, and I don't know if it is the new manager Liza or what is going on, but it is going down hill. I have gotten wrong orders and often they are out of things, never a big deal but today whoever was taking orders was trolling customers. I now understand why the other Starbucks have lines out of the parking lot and this one is cutting hours. Drive a few minutes, wait a few minutes and have an enjoyable exchange with someone who isn't trying to troll you because of how miserable they are (honestly, these days who can blame them).
I walked in and ordered a large coffee. Service was fast. I had to ask for 1/2 & 1/2 sugar and a stir stick? If you have dine in stock the condements.
Great staff but customers are something else... Use your manners, people!
The location is excellent that it's right next to Lake Murray where I wanted to go walking, but there was zero indoor seating as the building is really small and the stools were taken out. There is a good size patio for outdoor seating but it was cold that day. Coffee was good and baristas we're friendly.
Extremely friendly employees!!!One of the coolest looking Starbucks around, although I've been told it will be soon remodeled and have a totally new look. Hopefully they keep some of the look.
This is a terrible place! Huge queue, do not accept cash if it is $100 bill, and confuse my order! I do not recommend this place?

An enjoyable interlude with a tasty treat. This location abuts the Lake Murray recreational area. So we ride our bikes from our house over to the Starbucks for a nice cuppa joe, and then ride around the lake. This Starbucks is very festive inside with a friendly staff. They're pretty fast attending to your order, too.
Staff friendly drive.up section is challenging getting in & out
Great mocha frappe. Understood my doggo asking for a puppucino as he barked his order from the back seat??. Drive thru more pretty quickly
