Polite staff, no complaints there. It was a huge inconvenience though to walk to the lobby to discover they're only handling mobile orders. Yes, it's labeled on a tiny sheet of paper on their doors, but only then did I know.
This is the closest location to my house so that’s the only reason I go here, otherwise I wouldn’t bother…it’s a 50/50 chance they’ll be rude or polite, and more often than not they’ve screwed up my order, one time even gave me a latte without even putting in the espresso shot. And unless the drive-thru is completely empty, I sit and wait up to 10 min almost every time.
Always top service. Kind of wish that they had a way of easing traffic flow like Chick Fil A.

Always a line to get in here, but it goes super fast. The employees at this Starbucks are hands down the most pleasant out of any Starbucks I go to :)

The literally lied to me. Told me that there’s a new Starbucks policy that customers with no whip cream cannot request straws. Sounds weird so I asked at another location if that policy was in fact true, she confirmed it was not true. One thing I hate more than leaving a bad review is a liar...
I bypass two other Starbucks that are closer to my house to go to this one. Drinks are way more consistent, cold foam is always thick, staff is friendly. Thank you!
Great people work here. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and smiles. Couldn't ask for better service. Little tough on parking when it's crowded but worth it.
Not much needs to be said. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like you're their number 1 customer.
