I used to go to the Grossmont Starbucks this employee always had a smile on her face and so much gratitude. Even if you had a bad day you couldn’t help, but smile because her joyful personality is contagious. Well years later I walk into this Starbucks and now I know her name is ERI, she is still full of the same joy, if not more. She had a mask on, but the same genuine smile, the same amazing customer service. ERI is a true asset to the Starbucks team!! And I hope her consistent optimism is valued.
I don't order from this place but the yummy looking drinks sell the place to others!!! Great plastic tumblers. and glasses just came out. Some SD ones. Make nice gifts for out of town guest. Smart company?

Came to this store as we do, nearly every day, to purchase beverages and often food to sit in the cafe or patio to enjoy. Both were closed! No explanation by shift sup. other than the district manager told them to close! No valid election.
George was nice at the cash register. I went in there to use the Internet and the bathrooms don't have a code.
Has always open restroom, although didn't like door OPEN to men's restroom!?? But clean, lots of seating, quik service, regular Starbucks stuff, lots of parking, multiple entrances & exits AND outdoor seating.
Double check your order especially at the drive thru. I ordered a nitro cold brew and recieved one with cream added and got another one with mostly foam.
Great friendly quick and knowledgeable people work here. Fast service both at the counter and at the drive thru.
