I'm from out of town but this Starbucks has professionals working here. They were all very polite and held a welcoming tone all the way through. Well done ladies.

I live in the neighborhood close by this Starbucks on Spring Street in La Mesa. It’s such a nice upgrade for the area. Love walking over. The landscaping really looks nice with the Sycamore, Crepe Myrtle trees and all the succulents and meadow grasses.
Staff is super sweet, but the Iced Chai Latte isn't done correctly here like 90% of the time. It's mostly milk.
So like I came to Starbucks for my usual order but wanted to try some new Presley the barista recommended the best drink combination to try and I loved it. Super friendly and nice will definitely try her other recommendations.

Watered down drinks and very dirty store. Looks like they hadn’t cleaned in forever. This is the second time I have come to this one and my drink had to be made over 3 times.
They are so overwhelmed that they burn the food and don’t make the drinks correctly. The drinks taste like watered down coffee with non of the flavor you ordered. They are nice just sucks how I have to pray they will get the order correct and disappointed every time
One of the worker's acted like he gave my credit card back and didn't. He stole it. Then racked up purchases at Target, Kohls, and Home Depot! Poor management. This place get 0 stars!
