Unfortunately not very good food, was so looking forward to something new in the neighborhood but what a disappointment. I won't even talk about how long we had to wait for our food. We'll not be returning.?
No tacos served here, No extra mustard either. I was also ignored as the girl with the tattoo on her forehead had social time with the previous guest. Slammed the window on me, no greeting or common courtesy. I understand they deal with some of the slimiest of humans, but not all customers deserve to be treated this way. This was my first visit to this Rally’s location, and my last. Thanks tattoo face girl for the food but your customer service skills need some work.
Good place to get burgers ? and wings ?. It is very much a spot to grab and go with your food as they have no dinning area. Fries are delicious and the diffrent items are all worth a try.
The staff was super friendly even after we didn't receive a drink, we were compensated by warm apple pies and didn't even have to ask or complain. Great service.
Well so far the management is doin their best to get things going smoothly so they can best serve the community. The service is super nice and friendly.When we drove up to order, they were out of a few things. But they said the delivery was comin soon. We just happened to park next to the manager who asked how everything was and we told her about being out of shakes. But everything else was great! Then Danielle, the manager, said please come back tomoro and get a free shake. Just say Danielle said. Well, that’s really cool of her to do that.We really like the fries here. They’re just right in flavor and they’re not dry or soggy. In case, you ever have a craving for strawberry soft serve, you can just drive up and grab it - for less than $2! And of course, they have vanilla, too.Good for Rallys to find a creative way to have a drive-thru in this part of town. It’s smart and so convenient for the neighborhood!
First time coming to this location and I was blown away with Eriel’s customer service. Very friendly! Will be definitely be returning to this location.

The food is fine but the service is slow. Took over 20 minutes before I was able to place my order and there was only two people ahead of me. The people ahead of me had the orders were messed up. For "fast food" this place is pretty slow. Do not recommending going unless you want to waste your time.So I decided to try Rally's a second chance, kind of wish I trusted my gut feeling about. I just wanted to order something simple, I go to order a Large Chocolate Shake. Person working the window "We don't have Chocolate Shakes." Why have an item on the menu if you're not going to carry it. This place is a waste of space.
