So I ordered online and they sent me a message that my order is ready to pick upSo I went in and they were still working on my order I just asked politely how long more the lady told me you can cancel it if you don’t wana waitIt shocked me I always get from this restaurant and they are always nice but this lady first time seen here there.
Called to place an order for pick up. They read off my order and gave me a total of $19.32. My wife sends me with a 20 dollar bill to pick up the food. When I get there they tell me it is $26.94. I play back the call for them where they read off my order and gave me the total. They refused to listen to the call recording and walked away from me. I asked to talk to the manager who brought my printed order showing the total of $19.32. She told me it did not include 2 items from my order. I again mentioned the call recording and said the error was on their end as they read the order back and gave me the 19 dollar total. They pulled out 2 things from my order to make it under 20 so I could pay with the $20 cash I had in hand. Horrible customer service. For $19.32 they earned my partial food order and this 1 star review.
Excellent Thai food. I love that they use quality cuts of meat in their dishes. Spicy noodles with beef are delicious.
Good food. Different that the neighborhood Thai we normally get. But Chang’s is good.

Really good Thai food excellent service. Must try the specials go with the one that’s recommended if you like peanut sauce. And it sauce is on the sweet side but vegetables shrimp chicken beef everything was excellent. The spring rolls are fresh and delicious. Highly recommend
I ordered the Yellow Chicken Curry spice level 5 was perfect, also ordered the fresh shrimp spring rolls and for dessert the mango sticky rice is amazing!
