Food is amazing some of the best Greek food I have had in the San Diego area. Staff was professional and inviting. We will most definitely be back!
The worst experience of any place I've been to around here. The cook or the owner or whoever the gentleman is should be nowhere near the restaurant business.Have you ever thought that maybe a couple of those poor reviews were just an anomaly and that all of the five stars are probably the accurate ones? I promise you that is not the case here. Those five-star reviews have got to be friends or family members of the owner. And companies can certainly pay other companies to write five star reviews to boost their Stars.Avoid Petrino's and save your money.When the health department goes through this place and shuts it down. You'll be thinking of this review.
There is a parking lot outside of the restaurant and we spend around 15$ per person!It was our first visit and we were really impressed by their polite service and the amazing food!The hibiscus drink is a must have! It’s minty and refreshing, and helps wash down the amazing meat and pita bread once you’ve finished.The food is all super healthy and flavorful, it is very light and fresh. There is an opening into the kitchen where you can see everything they cook, it’s amazing!It’s very clean and well organized! They also offer a rewards program that you get a free meal after 6 plates or sandwiches!!This restaurant is really cute and well decorated! I thought I was in Greece when I sat in the restaurant!
So yummy!! Literally everything from the hibiscus drink to the baklava...excellent. And the service is great :) Got myself a bottle of the hot sauce. Highly recommended.
Good flavors! Delicious pita and a fresh salad. Good feta. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the meat in both of our dishes was mouth-puckering dry. We ordered the chicken plate and the beef kabob plate. Even the chicken thigh and leg were overcooked. Hard to do! Beef was shoe leather. Maybe it was an off day.
My friend and I went there last Thursday. we ordered a meal, and it was packaged in a take-out,not a dine in. The meal was packed in Styrofoam with a plastic take-out bag. There is no dine in service. There should be a notice that there is no dine in service and your meal will be packaged as takeout.
This is a wonderful restaurant if you’re looking for great flavor, fresh ingredients and polite service. A staple of La Mesa for terrific Greek food! Just next door in their new location by 7/11 off Jackson!!
