The food at Panera is always good, no question. The prices, however, have gotten absurd. Soup and a half veggie sandwich for $14 AND you now have to do everything yourself, meaning order on a super confusing screen, get your food at the counter, find your own utensils and condiments, and then sit on torn, junky booth seats. Sadly disappointing. We won't be going back. I'll just hope someone has it catered in at a meeting bc that is still really good

Last night, 15 minutes before closing, my order came out wrong. The manager lady was very quick to fix the problem. The food was great, the manager really seems to care about customer service. Will go again just because of the manager going above and beyond and the very good food.
Their food is good, but the prices are just insane. I got half a soup, half a salad, almost 18$ I mean, I know it's expensive, but, when you spend that much money, and your still hungry when you walk out, somethings wrong. They need to increase the size of their servings. How is a drink not even included at that price? Just out of this world.
I am giving this place 3 stars because been though it is definitely comfortable and the food is good, A half sandwich at this location is between $8 and $9 plus tax. I can go up the road to Submarina and get an 8 inch sub for the same price.The people are nice and the bread and bagels there are better than most places, but you pay a little more here basically! The coffee club is good if you like coffee, but their iced coffee is pretty weak and their cold brew gives me a stomach ache. I recommend the hot coffee or the tea this location instead, or an espresso drink, which is not included. The iced teas are very good though! Especially the green one!
This location is not my favorite. When I order extra anything I never get it even when it’s clearly in my receipt. I had five little pieces of chicken in the Fuji apple salad. Will not go back to this location

Panera Bread in Grossmont Center was a great place to meet a friend for lunch. We both had Broccoli Cheese Soup with bread and fruit. It was very good and the Service was fast for most, but My friend had to wait for 20 minutes and finally went and asked where Her food was. Don't know what happened there but otherwise it was great. Especially on a wet rainy day.
Ordered a Baja Bowl online....what I received is a poor excuse for a meal! Not a single black bean. And 15min late. Very disappointing ?
