The entries are pricey, but they where good. No coffee for after dinner desert my only request that was not taken care off.

Although the food and service were great, I found it a bit pricy for the value.

Had a lovely lunch on the patio. Right next to a busy street, so noisy. Superb oysters and delicious salad. Excellent service. Would definitely come back when I am in the area.

We went out with friends to this spot that’s new to us. The food is excellent. The burrata, the braised lamb risotto, I mean it was all superb. The kitchen sent the wrong dish, or the server put it in wrong (he seemed green) and it took forever for them to make it, so that was a bummer. However, it was taken off the bill. I will still go back!

First time at this restaurant but it definitely won't be my last! Food and service were wonderful!

I took my best friend for a birthday dinner here and we had an amazing experience! This is a gem tucked away in La Mesa. We ordered the spicy love cocktail as recommended by our server and was pleasantly surprised. Hesitant about the spice but it won’t us over. Appetizers we’re half dozen oysters and calamari. The oysters were sooo fresh and we got a variety with 3 different kinds of oysters (loved this). Calamari was just okay. For dinner we split the spaghetti with white clam sauce and wished we had ordered our own because it was so delicious. Finished with pistachio ice cream which was tasty as well. Thanks to our server for great service, warm welcome and awesome suggestions. I will be returning!!

2nd time here and loved it again. We shared Octopus, Mussels, grilled Shrimp and oysters. Every dish was so so good. Service and wine were amazing too. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem. Support Local!

Excellent service and delicious food!

Delightful neighborhood bistro. Support it neighbors! Attentive staff, nice menu with good offerings across the board - appetizers, salads, mains, desserts. Also some good, unique cocktails. These owners are making the effort, and should reap the rewards! I might have gone 5 stars on the food, but both our entrees were well on the sweet side, which was a bit of a puzzler. Perhaps the chef got sugar & salt mixed up - it happens. But other than that, very good. We had Shrimp w/ Garganelli (too sweet) and could use more shrimp. They seemed to have offered it at one time with crab in it too. Also the Braised Short Rib Rigatoni (which was a bit sweet) but was delicious., and the Little Gem salad was a hit - fresh and tasty. For dessert - the Creme Brulee! I have had lots of creme brulee, and make a fantastic one myself, but this was as good as it gets! Kudos! Silky smooth, just the right amount of sweetness, and a perfect brulee! Get it when you go!

Food was very good, a bit spendy but definitely hit the spot. We had oysters on the half shell, charred octopus, mini short rib tacos, spaghetti with clam sauce, braised short rib pasta, and butternut squash ravioli. I did have a small piece of blue plastic in my spaghetti with clam sauce which was not ideal. I assume it was from whatever the clams come in so did not get to bothered (nor did I want to bring it to the attention of the table), but definitely was visible when placed at the table and staff could have caught it before it got to me. In general, everything was tasty and I would return!
