Mc Donalds is McDonalds but I need to check my burger out b4 I drive off. They got it wrong 2 different times in the past month. And a few times last yr. People don't listen.I hate they're annoying raw onions since I was a kid and even when I worked there. The drive-thru cashiers have always been nice; the one off Avocado. The one off Jamacha Rd. the cashiers barely speak. I think the f'n cooks need to pay attention to the screen, and get my order done right. But Ill still at Mc. Donalds. Just have to deal with some b.s. sometimes, I guess.
Not at all what was expected. Ordered our food from the kiosk and all seemed okay until they yelled out my number. I have never been to a McDonald’s that did not bring you the food when dining in. Is that not the purpose of the number that the kiosk says to put on the table. Least of my worries when I ask the kid at the counter if they were supposed to bring the food to the table? The reply I got was didn’t you get your food. I invited the kid outside but that is just me. After the rude answer we sat and ate. I asked who seemed to be the lead of the shift due to her helping another individual that had an issue with his order. She provided me with this number for the store manager. Called and no answer but of course I left a message. Very rude and unprofessional employees here but hey it’s McDonald’s. Please provide info and use the number for any issues you may have.
Ordered large fries paid almost 10 bucks for it. It was like they half filled both of them and soggy fries. The bag was closed and they put a lot of ketchup that didn't match the quantity so it felt heavy.The other experience is getting ice cream where they claim it was down but the person in front of me got a sundae. Thought it was a 1 off but McDonald's isn't about quality or quantity or affordability.You don't get what you pay for anymore that's for sure. They aren't even healthy for these pricesI would of rather bought an entire meal some place else than this. This isn't to say that the employees that where assisting me in the drive thru were bad they had great service and very friendly.
Your restaurant is trash and the people there have absolutely no idea how to fill a basic order. Don’t go here this place has been awful for years
The food is ok but the service is extremely poor. If you don't use the kiosk they make you wait and wait.
Stopped at this McDonald’s 3 times in 3 week’s because of doctors appointments close by. 3 times they can’t get the order right. The last time I Ordered bacon egg cheese biscuit but I got a sausage biscuit. Yes it’s my screw up for not checking my order but I was in a rush and it should be McDonald’s # 1 goal to get the order straight!
First off I want to start by saying is McDonald’s . It’s busy many of you all just have no patience what so ever! I always come to this McDonald’s and if had a problem they were more than welcome to fix it for me no time! There quick with my food and sometimes I have to wait but I don’t have a problem cause I know how busy it can get. Even when I go inside and sit down, they bring my food and drinks to me, although they don’t have too. The coworkers are very nice I treat them with respect I get it back, they great me almost every time Maybe not all but it’s no biggy. I’ve seen many people get upset with the workers, not too long ago I seen a man throw the money over the counter at a young lady and told her to go get his coffee now because she’s going to make him “late” and then proceeded to tell her she didn’t belong here and she was being rude because she didn’t take his order first, all because she was trying to take out and order to a car who was outside. I don’t think I’d be consistently coming here if they were messing up my orders and or being rude. I have no problem with this McDonalds 🤷🏼♀️
Only if there was no star at all!! This place is sooo slow!! And always prepare to repeat your order so many times and off course you will definitely get it wrong!Employees must have more training and be more professional, they either do not speak english or do not know how to take an order correctly!Waiting over 20 minutes for a “fast food” ! Ridiculous!!
