Thanks McDonald's for the extra fries... Ordered a kids meal the fries came one third full, kid was hungry and not happy.. Horrible experience, never coming back here... Worthless customer service. Thanks!!Update: It was a six piece chicken nugget and he just finished his fries and asked for the chicken nugget, opened it and it only has 5, seriously there's cartoons that teach you how to count it YouTube videos, help yourselves it's sad!! I was upset but now I just feel sad for you.
They just threw my food together. Not even wrapped properly and they forgot one of the items I ordered. The food was bad enough I didn't even bother going back to get what they forgot.
This place is consistently terrible…what is consistent is my disappointment. Quality of food, service, and now amount of food.
Drive through was quick but only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the line cook forgot to put seasoning on my double quarter pounder but other than that everything was good.
@McDonalds just left your store in La Mesa CA, right off Jackson. Not only did they get my order wrong, the food I did receive was laughable. I hardly ever eat fast food. I see why it’s a dying breed. Absolute joke of customer service. When I called to express my displeasure the “manager” gave me a fake name. Wow, McDonald’s they are bringing your group average down big time. Do better.
They don’t pay attention to the order I never trusted them and when I did they messed up the kids order, really not going to improve
States it closes at a certain time at 1230 but it was 11:55 and we werent able to order anymore. Boooo !!!
Got food poisoning the same day... don't know if it was McDonald's or not, but I missed school the next day.
This visit was a curbside. The fries were hot and delicious as always. It was great to have McRibs again. I had to wait til arrived at the store and parked to place my order. Seems like I should've went the drive-thru or went inside.
I enjoy their sausage burrito. It's just the right size and tasty. But I was very disappointed they didn't have caramel macchiato this morning.
