I gave three stars for the employees. The missing two is for the missing leadership. These kids don’t care to provide this establishment’s customers with a five star service because they are under paid and under appreciated. They don’t look like they’ve ever been pep talked or heard out by their management. They just don’t want to be there and everyone feels it. Pay more, train to promote, and build a good company culture.
Pizza looked good from the top but the bread was stale
I ordered twice from them and they got my order wrong both times. I tried calling them and rather than answer the phone they kept hanging up.
My family and I used to go to this location all the time and we loved it. We started noticing around September/November of 2021 the serious decline of quality in the pizzas and the customer service as well. We have called and called and called and no one will pick up the phone. Or when they do, they’re annoyed with US! The pizzas will be cold and taste like they’ve been sitting out for hours, the breadsticks are literally raw in the middle it’s horrible.
Employee had no mask and snot was bubbled up in his nose, not a good look for a food handler. Also noticed he didn't wash his hands after taking money, just went right back to touching the food. Certainly missing basic hygiene standards.
Usually get great pizza here but last two times it has not been good. Today checked pizzas before leaving and they looked very sloppy, got home and found no pizza sauce on either pizza!!Last week we got a custom ordered pizza and when we specified jalapeños on ONLY HALF (Ordered through App). They put on entire pizza, sorry my wife doesn't like them because they are too hot. Bunch of new people behind counter and they don't know what they're doing. I'm going to have to go to another location now.Never heard of pizzas with no pizza sauce.Sloppy pizza, was flat very uneven rolled stuff crust, and no sauce, ingredients that are supposed to be on half all over pizza mixed together. Maybe first pizza??? No one supervising?? Take all good people to new store?? Not sure but has gone downhill fast at this location. Twice in a row bad service why I wrote review.

Best deal around. Our church youth group loves their pizza too. Rated #1 pizza place bu them for 3 years running.
The workers in there are awesome they are friendly and professional. My food is always Delicious and customer service is awesome. And Paris who usually takes my order on the weekend she is a sweetheart she is always so helpful and pleasant :)
This place looked like it was being run by 14 year olds. They didn’t have any pizzas ready, defeating the point of ‘hot and ready’. For a pizza they said it would take 45 minutes. Unbelievable. Will never go to this location and don’t recommend you do either. 0 stars.
