Staff knew what they were doing even if short staffed. The guy in charge kept a clear head while dealing with a busy place
This is my go to Jack's Box. Never had even a hint of an issue patronizing this restaurant. We all know too well the decline in customer service over the past few years but good ol' Jacky boy keeps the good food flowing ?!
I usually order on the mobile app and then do a pickup at the drive thru. So far no issues at this Jack in the Box. They've gotten my order right each time, even in the custom orders.
This one right here has the best of their menu and the late night crew is phenomenal. I got my burgers at 11:50pm before they close and the burgers were excellent all around and the presentation of the burgers was what RV commercials should be. This late night Friday crew knows what’s up. Great job! Thank you
Try the breakfast sausage egg and cheese burrito. Hits the spot every time and since it is Jack in the BoxYou can order any menu item any time of day or night. Jacks doing it right.

Got Uber eats, everything was good, until I took a couple bites into that new cluck sandwich.. it felt stringy, my dumb self thinking it was the onion rings until I took them out and got the same texture. Undercooked for sure
