Paying $15 for a $5 breakfast that sat in the window. If the butter isn't melting on the pancakes when you run the food you don't run the food because it's ice cold. Everything but the eggs are sandbagged and it shows. ?(During IHoppy Hour my son and I can both eat for only $10.79 that's cool but come on)
I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles were delicious but my chicken was very hard. 2 of the strips were lighter in color and very very hard like they were reheated, just very hard to bite a piece off. The other pieces were darker and juicer looking like they were fresh and I was able to take a bite with out feeling like I was biting into beef jerky. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the others in my table enjoyed their options. One was a breakfast sampler and the other 2 were lunch sandwiches.
Pancakes always good , different menu options with pancakes.. Lunch lots of sandwiches, hamburgers, fish, B.L.T. etc... Dinner not much .. Best for Breakfast r lunch meals i felt. Went later in evening employees were nice,. had no problems and a nice woman took our orders, served us. Worth tipping her for her service, Friendly, & patients as We decided what we wanted.
IHOP is always a decent place to eat. Food is always decently priced but the service and decor different dramatically from location to location. This one was a bit slow considering how dead it was and the food was a little more bland then usual.
Customer service was 2/5 it little take 45 min for the waiter to show up. Bef just for quick lunch we end up spending 2h. Foods was okay
After sitting in the car 20 mins my daughter had to walk in to get our food. She angrily comes back and says the food was just sitting there. My eggs were brown from overcooking, the sausage look like beef jerky and the pancakes were literally cold.
I love this IHOP. The waiters are super friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend getting your hash browns extra crunchy for added flavor and texture.
What can I say I IHOP always good ...but I have to say waiters we're extra on all you expect from a nice dinner out with family...kind ,friendly really attentive will be driving out to this location again!!!
Completely ruined my order such a waste of time and money lady on the phone was not helpful She was more like sorry for you, incompetent people working here don’t come here. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese to sausage and chocolate chip pancakes and did not get that completely got the opposite and wrong order.
Wait staff was not up to par. My order was wrong & he didn't have the curtsey to make it right. To expensive to have a bad experience. Denny's is much better for seniors who eat out daily.
