I’m here right now and OMG this is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had! I got the salted caramel, I added granola and almonds to mines. I will definitely be back!
I was specifically searching for a local chocolate/vanilla swirl and golden spoon did not disappoint! It was soooo yummy. The shop is clean and the workers there are so nice.

Amazing service! This redhead/blonde girl was super sweet and was very helpful with what she thinks would be good. I hadn’t been here since I was really young, so I didn’t remember what flavors would be best. She was very personable and kind and definitely makes me want to come back again. I believe her name is Emma. Definitely coming back again!
Cute little walk in fro yo spot. A couple tables out front. A regular cone is 4$ plus 1$ per topping, add $2 for a waffle cone. My daughter got a vanilla waffle cone with sprinkles for $7. Not the cheapest, but she did get alot.
The Golden Spoon in La Mesa is awesome!! Frozen yogurt is always spot on and service is friendly and quick!
How are two regular sizes $15 dollars? For that much the peanut butter should take like peanut butter

Never thought I would prefer frozen yogurt over actual ice cream! The girls working here are really nice and really friendly! Girl with the little coffee cup tattoo is so sweet and the girl with the long braids and always has a new manicure (beautiful btw) is so kind and helpful! Finally put in my phone number to get the rewards just cause they're so nice and the FroYo is so bomb! ❤️
