I received prompt service at the drive through. Very polite and friendly. Enjoyed the quesadilla bowl. I wish you had more vegetarian choices.
You need to fully cook your chicken as the last couple of times it wasn't fully cooked !!!!
Horrible experience! They messed up on my order which is no problem but I was bummed that I had to go all the way back to get the correct order. The staff was so rude with awful attitudes. I will never come to this location again. They clearly didn't want to help me and did not apologize for the inconvenience... very bad customer service. I'm use to the excellent experience and service I get from Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and in&out. Mary the shift leader was very nonchalant and did not express sincerity in wanting to make the situation right. Additional training is needed badly at this location. Please hire helpful and friendly staff that care about the customer experience. Mistakes will happen but it's all about how you fix the situation and make customers want to continue to come back.
I used to love this location. Not sure what’s been going on the past few months, but their churros have really gone downhill. It’s like they fried them four hours earlier, left them out, then either reheated them in the microwave or refried them. They’re gummy and disgusting.

Chix was dry, salad smaller than usual. Not sure what's going on at this site. El Cajon Avocado was great.
