The staff at this Dominos in La Mesa needs training. I was informed I don’t get marinara sauce with my bread twist that I needed to pay for it. I was upset, This was a first for me, every Dominos that Iv ordered from gave us dipping sauce. So I bought 2 dipping sauces for my twists. Today as I’m ordering my food it clearly states 1dipping sauce comes with. Any extra you have to pay. I know dipping sauce is only 79cents but it adds up and clearly staff doesn’t know he said he’s been charging people since last year. Just wish I got his name.
Service can be slow sometimes, skimpy on toppings, but the people themselves are nice.
The MANAGER at this location is very unprofessional and immature. My order was delivered incorrect for a second time. When I called to question my order associates took care of the issue immediately. 5 minutes later I get a personal call from Domino's management claiming that he sent the right order and I was wrong. He asked me to double check the box which had bread and not my chicken he even asked me to open one of the breads to see if it had chicken inside this went for 5mins. All this was unnecessary in his part and a waste of my time as I was on the clock at work. When the delivery driver came again to deliver the correct order we called the store manager together to confirm that he had sent the wrong order to my location the first time as he wanted Proof. The manager them claimed he wanted the bread order returned then hung up. The driver apologized in behalf of management.The first mistake they did was cut my large pizza into four slices yes 4. The pizza arrived in 30 minutes but they skimped out on the cheese so bad the entire pizza was DRY not even the pizza sauce or dipping sauce helped. It was difficult to eat. Mostly just bread.. Not happy after paying $21 for a pizza the size of a pancake. Should've just gotten a frozen one from Walmart for $5.

Mitchell, the manager at this Domino's location, was not helpful in correcting my order. Our family was highly disappointed in our pizza as it arrived the opposite style as what was explained to us over the phone. He continued to say we were wrong and none of his employees would ever explain the ingrediants that way. What business, or should I say, what successful business disagrees with their customers? What happened to "the customer is always right?" The end of our call with Mitchell was the topping to our family pizza night as he snuck in "next time take the call off of speaker to you can hear us better!"The audacity this "manager" has to be so snide and rude. I had to post here out of straight anger and frustration. I'm reminded again why I haven't ordered Domino's pizza in over 10 years... back to Pizza Hut we go.
