Decided to check out this spot because I was craving grilled salmon and no other steakhouse in the area had salmon on their online menu. The service was pretty awful from the time that I walked in. There was no host to greet guests. After being seated and waiting 15 minutes for someone to wait on me (I was alone) another party of 7 was immediately greeted, seated and waited on (seemed to have known the staff). After waiting another 10 minutes, my waiter finally came to the table. Received my cocktail within 5 minutes however had to ask again for a water. I asked for another cocktail a few minutes before my food arrived. Didn’t receive it until I was done eating. The salmon was extremely salty and not what I expected. Mac n cheese wasn’t any better, Noticed several other tables receiving the same sub par service. When I visit a steakhouse that isn’t a chain restaurant, I expect great service especially when the pricing matches that of a fine dining venue. 3/10 definitely won’t be back

My experience tonight was awful. We stood inside the restaurant for about 10 minutes no one came to the front. The phone rang several times no one answered the phone. Someone finally came to answer the phone asked if we needed anything I said we would like to sit asked how many I said 3 give me a few minutes. After that was told by a friend that came in to go sit in the bar area you get better service which we did
The food was Delicious And good Fish and Chips was great As well
Our waitress was great. The manager stop by to makes sure we where happy with our meals. Service and food was great! Only down side was there was one hostess to greet and seat customers as we all came in otherwise everything else was awesome
Great visit, steak was perfect size, cooked to perfection, and waiter ( Michael B.) did an awesome great job.
We had a group of 14 Family members for my wife's Birthday ?. We had a great time and they were very accommodating. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. Our server was excellent and always kept our drinks full and cleared the table quickly. They allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and gave us plates and utensils for serving it.
I ordered the meatloaf dinner. The meat was hard as a rock and dry. Must have gone onto the microwave. Had to use a knife to cut it!! Didn't eat it all. I had picked up a big order and ate at home. If I had been in the restaurant, I certainly would have sent it back!!
We flew 8 hrs to get here to CA. stopped here from some dinner, and it didn't disappoint! It was beyond amazing! Staff was awesome! Food was amazing! My husband & I shared our dinners with each other & we loved it all! Def a must stop for some great food!
I went to claim jumper last night with a big party of family for my son and husbands birthday dinner. It has been a hard year financially and the family wanted to make them feel special. Not only was the food overpriced and cold but when we backed everything up to leave, we realized we forgot birthday cards given to my son and husband by family members with money in them because they knew we are having a hard time financially. When we asked about them, the manager went to the back saying the table was just cleaned off and she would check the trash bin. She came back with torn up cards and envelopes. We did not open the cards yet! The “best” they could do was give some money off of one member of the party’s bill! It is so heartbreaking knowing an employee stole from a child after opening birthday cards with cash and seeing the heartfelt notes written by family! I’m extremely upset and sick to my stomach. My son is devastated as well. How can an employee steal from a customer knowing they would come back to claim items! We will never be coming here again! I warn everyone to keep an eye on your belongings and make sure not to accidentally leave anything behind as there are thieves among the staff!Edit: Upper management reach out out to me and replaced the stolen items and gave my son a piece birthday cake! Thank you for making this right and showing my son that there are people willing to make the bad things right. We really appreciate your time and effort!
