This was by far our best experience at a chucky cheese and it is all in thanks to the amazing service we recieved from the manager Angaleah. She was extremely helpful and patient and the salad bar was well stocked. The place was clean. Her amazing service and example definitely has set the tone for the place as we've been here several times in the past and it's almost a completely different place!

Kind of disappointing. I haven't been here since my kids were small so it's been about 20 years. I took my 6 year old granddaughter here and although she had a good time, I was less than impressed. First, they don't use tokens or actual tickets anymore. It's all on a card. I thought the whole fun of chuck e ? was to get the tickets and turn them in. But I get that COVID-19 has made it so everything needs to be as contact-less as possible. However, I spent about $40 on food for 2 adults and 1 kid. Then I spent $41 on a card and loading the card with plays. I downloaded the app to get the free 500 tickets. ? I was able to type in the code from the receipt for the counter purchases but the kiosk receipt doesn't have a code to redeem in the app. That sucks. And no one offered to help assist or figure out a way to redeem it. They could have mentioned that if I paid at the counter, that's the only way to get the credit for my purchase. Many of the games were broken or jammed , one of the kiosks didn't work, the salad bar had food spilled around the items, and the entire 3 hours I was there, I never saw Chuck e cheese once. The pictures on the chuck e sketch game have the wrong date ?. Its 2022 not 2025. Plus the ink was not working on the side my face was on. Must have been running out. For as much money as I spent, I would have expected a more maintained place. Overall, kinda disappointing for me, but my 7 year old granddaughter was excited to be there.
Recommend More For If You Have Little Ones, they would definitely have a blast!

I’m really sad to write this review but it had to be said, chuck e cheese isn’t fun anymore I’m still a kid and yet I don’t feel a spark when I go in I remember when the animatronics were working perfectly but now looking at them Is too sad to bear, half of the games are broken there’s no more tickets,coins, laughter it’s so depressing?
Very clean. Not crowded. Just needs bit more arcade games. :)
Fun place for younger kids not as awesome as it used to be. Staff was on a nother level at gross mont center. bitter and unhelpful at Oceanside location they were the worst. Nov-21&22/2021
