I stopped by the La Mesa location for the 1st,time I noticed right away how clean the outside was as I am driving up. The lobby area was clean, food looked fresh and plenty was available. The staff very friendly. The downfall to my experience was the cook had a mask on but was down to his chin I was thinking what’s the point in wearing it if you don’t have it on all the way. Then I thought well maybe he needed a breather it can be hot back there in the kitchen but nope his mask remained down the entire time I was there ordering. Oh don’t order the guacamole not worth the over priced $3. I think this location isn’t too bad I’ll definitely come back once in a while but I am giving 4 star for excellent customer service
I stopped in today to grab the chicken bowl! trust and believe this will be last time visiting this location! The food was OK. I’ve definitely had much much better at other locations! What really made the experience to the level of never going to ever walk in the doors again was the interaction with the employees. Rude doesn’t even cover it. And it would be different if I deserved Noonie yes. But in all in all I was in a really good mood I was very friendly yet none of that was reciprocated! Anyways long story short this place sucks! I definitely don’t feel that this is true of all chipotle locations definitely this location is not very enjoyable.
My boyfriend and I had been going to this Chipotle at least once a week and got our usual burrito bowls last Friday (2/25). After a couple hours of eating them and nothing else we both had very severe food poisoning that lasted for days.
I normally don't leave bad reviews and I also normally like Chipotle, but to be honest, my food was not good. I only ate 1/4th of it and just couldn't eat any more.
What a disappointment - this particular location of Chipotle is really bad- avoid! I was practically concussed by the loud pop music blaring overhead but thought - hey I'll just eat outside on patio- . The patio had trash thrown around , clouds of FLIES ! and a local homeless person literally camped out with a pillow on the ground. Jeeze what a horrible place - i just threw my lunch away - really not sure of the kitchen
Lots to eat, had chicken burrito with lots of fillings , was stuffed good quality. Clean well kept restaurant.
Every time I order from this site am always left disappointed. You get very little protein and the last two visits I got burned chicken ends died up and hard not worth your money. Better off getting a sandwich to feel satisfied
Went in 5 minutes after opening. All the food was clearly out from the night before. Guacamole was black. Gross
This was around 6pm. They were out of white rice, black beans. Fajita veggies, steaks, Barbacoa, and salad dressing. I was getting 2 meals To go, and ended up needing to wait 15 min to order while a line of people continued forming behind me. There was already one in front of me. People were obviously allowed to skip in line if they were ordering something they weren't out of.I would think it being around dinner b time they would have been a little more prepared.
Good service! VERY good food. Quick take out!!
