??? burger ? Very delicious food ? we’re seasoned just right don’t need ketchup House salad was just enough to eat and then the food came out

I have gone to this Chill’s many times and the inconsistency of there quality is making me not visit this place anymore. Last night I placed an order to-go. I have a number of times and even with my experience in the past I decided to give it a go. The steaks we ordered one came to us not even medium it was more rare then anything… it was ordered as medium well, but you couldn’t even see a line of cooked meat. It was just red…. The kids meal was missing it’s drink and the corn on the cob was mushy and gross. I even noticed my order was missing an item and mentioned it to the delivery driver thinking maybe she left it inside. But her answer to me was “well they didn’t give it to me…” I hate the fact that Chili’s uses door dash for their deliveries even when you get them from the website. Your stuck with the wrong or missing stuff and no one wants to help to fix it. Like I said this isn’t the first time. Before it was mid Covid and I took it as under staffing or just a bad day. But it seems they can never get it right down at the Fletcher Parkway Chili’s. For being a business that pushed to-go orders during Covid, these orders should be the easiest and come out 100% every time. So fair warning to whoever goes to this establishment.

Employees have zero customer service skills and will flat out lie to you because they don’t feel like serving you. Not family friendly. We’ve been coming here for years but definitely don’t plan to anymore.*Our server was very nice. The bartender and host were rude. The host didn’t even know when happy hour was, or maybe lied about that too.

Great food, good price, but long wait for tables on weekend nights.. Games for the kids, we celebrated my son's birthday and got him the molten lava cake which was delicious. I had the sizzling chicken fajitas which is always delicious and plenty of food. Husband had a burger which was great, and plenty of adult beverages to choose from. Kid had a steak and potatoes, which he said was amazing as well. Server was amazing, very attentive and kind.

Worst hostess experience ever. I arrived at 7:15 and was a party of one as my friends are out of town. I always get bad service when I dine alone which I hate, but have come to expect in this obnoxious extroverted oriented culture. However this experience takes the cake as worst one yet. I was first offered to sit at some kind of communal table in the bar with a family. I said I don't like eating with other people. If they were all strangers then maybe but not a family as a single man, it would be too awkward. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a different table which was understandable I suppose, although most places would offer to seat you at the bar, which didn't happen here. I was texted on time and I saw a small 2 seater booth which I assumed would be mine, and I was perfectly fine if was going to be. I was instead however sat a half booth, half 2 chair table. The hostess walked in front of me blocking the seats, but I prefer the booth anyway so I went to sit there thinking ok I'll have a large table and just sit in the booth which is what I prefer anyway. However when I sat the whole booth jerked up, and I tried to slide down but then it tipped way towards the left, and all the hostess said was "yeah it's like, not good." I moved over to the chairs with a dirty look on my face, and received no apology just as I revived no warning in the first place. I'm a young heathy male with quick reflexes, but if I was an old lady I would've fallen straight to the floor and broken a hip. My waitress wasn't much happier than a bitter lunch lady. The menu also doesn't show the margarita prices anymore, it just says to go online for "additional information." Extremely deceptive and bad business imo. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and by the time they finally came the shrimp were cold and I had to go and find that awful hostess just to get a spoon for the cheese, sour cream, salsa and guacamole. I was never asked if I wanted a refill on anything except the chips which seemed like they were used. I'm not kidding. There were old salsa stains on the lower chips that I know I didn't put there and they weren't hot when they came out. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at a chilis but this was by far the worst. Even the floor at the next two tables was as filthy as a rural strip club. I'm never going to a chilis anywhere again after this atrocious experience. I've been to dozens of local restaurants that are still doing well despite the pandemic and all the other bs in the world, but these mega chains seem to have thrown in the towel.

Chilling for the first /me with my daughter. Very good vibe when we walked in. I enjoyed my lunch it was bomb. No waiting in line not that many people dining. Employees were very nice and the prices were in my budget

We waited over an hour for a table and another hour and a half for our food. Food came out either over cooked and/or cold. Our server was wonderful and personable. Which is why I’m giving our experience some credit. He tried to make it right by bring us free chips and salsa which was nice of him however things just went down hill from there. Totally not his fault tho.It appeared that the kitchen staff where overwhelmed and need to get it together! Apparently management has opened up new menu service for Uber eats and the kitchen staff were struggling keeping orders straight. My order came out, it was cold and half the order was missing from my plate. Next to impossible to wait over an hour with three hungry children on a school night and three grouchy adults. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen tonight? Usually experience is better than this.

We came in for lunch today and the service was awful. It was my husband, grandmother, my daughter and me. The waitress wasn’t attentive whatsoever. She didn’t even ask my grandmother what she wanted to drink. It took her 30 minutes just to come take our order. It looked like she was training someone. When obviously she shouldn’t have been. This was one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had. My husband was on his lunch break and he had to leave before he even got a chance to finish his food. Go to the chilis in Santee instead. Trust me on this.

Good food, nice people and I like to go on the happy hour to have a nice drink.

Good food! Chili was very good, of course. Hot from the oven, thick and spicy with a bit of crunchy chips. Salad cold and crunchy. Bench seat needed repair, even duct tape would have sufficed.
