Got here for lunch, but the place was packed. Wanted to go in, but no parking was available, so had to use the drive-thru with quite a wait. They had a crew of servers outside who could answer question and send in the order so that went quite well. Had a brief conversation with one of the employees which was nice because it took a few minutes for my order was ready. When I left, my drink was left on the counter. I swung around in the street and came into the lot, honked my horn, got the attention of that employee and she ran over with my drink with no delay. Still got to work on time! Another happy trip!
Always had a great experience at this location previously but the last time I went the sandwich was just straight up cold. I took 2 bites then went back inside and asked for a replacement. They tried to tell me that the sandwich was not cold and that the cheese was just unmelted - which was clearly not at all the case.They did replace it but the second one was just as bad as the first. They must have prepped a bunch of chicken ahead of time or something? I've never had cold food from Chick-fil-A before especially this location.I would rate 3 stars if it weren't for all the other positive experiences and the helpful/friendly staff.
Bought breakfast for my family this morning, and forgot my card with them but didn't realize it until later in the day. Checked my bank to see if anyone used my card and saw an additional charge from chic fil a. Went up to the restaurant, they gave me my card back, and then I informed them that a secondary charge was placed on my card I did not authorize. They did tell me they will give me the funds back, but now it's a whole other issue with someone using my card to pay for someone else...Management I can tell didn't think it was a big deal, and played it off as someone making a mistake. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank, and get another card which could leave me waiting 10 days without access to my money. I can tell they didn't care because it wasn't impacting them...Worst experience at a Chic Fil A... I'm really disappointed in the way they handled the situation.
I stopped here to buy lunch for my family before our journey back to Texas. Never again. I understand they keep up their drive thru time but this is ridiculous. Chicken was so tiny. We were missing fries. Nuggets were miscounted. But being in traffic we could not turn around.
Friendly , kind staff. Quick with our order even though they were really busy... Definitely will return next time ...
I ordered a FREE delivery from my local Chic-fil-A. The order was much costlier than I approximated from the website. Called business and spoke with Delivery Manager, Taylor. He explained, everything on the menu is market up 40% for the FREE delivery. If not FREE, they add 40% and another $2.99 delivery charge. It is deceptive. I won't be using FREE delivery in the future.
I took a survey on the chick-fil-a app. It says it would only take 2 minutes . It took over 10 minutes because it had so many questions and scales. I took the survey because the app said I would receive a free chicken sandwitch. Then once submitted it said the survey was over and too many people had gotten the free sandwitch. THATS A SCAM. Pictures included.
I have given this restaurant many chances but they always seems to need something up. I either got the wrong sandwich, get ice in my drink or pickles on my sandwich when I request for it to be removed, sometimes the fries are undercooked/soggy, and sometimes I only get two sauces for my meal (it should be 3x for a large fries + 2x for a sandwich).
Always a great time having hair in your food. Called and asked to speak with a manager and they said they weren’t there. Talked about the hair with somebody, requested a full refund but they refused because I consumed the other parts of the meal that didn’t have hair in it. I’ve received a full refund from them for errors less than having hair in food, and I’m not going to waste even more time to drive a whole meal back to them and not get anything for the inconvenience of the whole thing. Between the La Mesa location and the Mission Valley location, both have been the worst Chick-Fil-A’s I’ve had to deal with and it sucks that they’re pretty much my only two options.
