I love Carl's Jr. Buti can't ever seem to eat here because their schedule is not what is posted on Google. They always close early and I show up at 9 and the drive thru is already closed. So who knows if the food is any good?
I have no issues with the staff or service…it was the food that was awful! I decided to try the hand breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken was breaded well but was chewy, had gristle thru it (strings of it), parts seems not cooked through enough. I only took a few bites and had to toss it out. I had tried a different chicken sandwich before and had same issue so was hoping that was just a fluke. Will stick to hamburgers only there from now on.
Customer service was horrible, not friendly or helpful. Seems they're the only place with the lobby closed to customers due to Covid, yet the staff is not wearing gloves.. Food was very messy and not put together well.
Door's locked with a cone inside, it has a sign that says they're only helping drive through customers. There's a car parked (no one in it) blocking the drive through. If I'm missing something I'll remove the review. It was 7:51pm on a Wednesday.
I have been going to this location for over 20 years, but I hadn't been there in a while. I was very pleased with the excellent service! My Big Carl burger was super good. ? ?
So it's 8 pm and the Employees inside have decided they are no longer taking orders. When you drive up they immediately tell you that they are closed yet online says 11 pm. I wonder if the owner is aware??
very rude. Was waiting in line in the drive thru and there was a big truck in front of us so we couldn't move forward to the intercom (it was saturday December 11, 2021 @ 8:50 when we arrived) so we had to wait until the car in front of the truck could move. Once the truck moved, the person on the intercom said they weren't taking more orders because it was 9:01 pm and was very rude about it. On our phones it said 9:00 pm so they lied to us. It also says on the website they close at 12 am. Update your times.
I really appreciate great service from young folks in fast food places (gosh, I'm getting old). I stopped at this location the other night and the gentleman that helped me was very polite and personable (I believe his name was Ray but his tag was a bit faded), and was hustling to do his job. The young woman that was working the drive thru seemed to have the same attitude. The food was good (if Carl's Jr could figure out how to get their bacon crispy, I'd be in trouble) and the restaurant was clean. The service is what prompted the review. Keep up the good work.
