Sandwich was all bread and lettuce. There was barely any meat. We ordered the torpedo and got 1 slice of ham, salami and cheese in each half. Not gonna go here again, we will stick to Mona Lisa. Dressing was good.
I have heard about BMH for years and finally got the chance to try them today. We were craving a good Italian sub, so we popped in and ordered a Torpedo with everything. I gotta say, we were not impressed. We usually go to Mona Lisa in Little Italy, and I'm pretty sure that's where we will continue to go. The sandwich was all bread and lettuce. Very little meat. At ML we get a sandwich stuffed with ham, salami and cheese. At BMH we got 1 slice of each. The dressing was good, and the bread was nice and fresh, but not worth $10 IMO.
Solid sandwiches and incredible canoli. I want to try the takehome dinners. Ill be back many more times.
Food was good but the service was great! Received our order quickly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Good variety and options. Will definitely be going back to try some other sandwiches.
They had the best Italian sausage sandwich I have had in years! At least a foot long and toasted just perfectly! I took home the frozen lasagna and had that for my family the next day, it was divine! So many other choices too!
Customer service is great. Family feel. They have Italian grocery items as well as frozen home made meals. I have been getting delishes sandwiches here for over 15 years and they are always high quality and made right. Thank you for surviving the pandemic so I can get my fix when I'm in town! *Also happy to see they have Vicki's chips now as the Vicky's are way lower sodium.
Been a client for over a decade but today is our last day there. Young “lady” at the register was so rude after she made the wrong sandwich. Actually stated “this is my grandma’s deli, you got your sandwich so get out”. Must be nice to be so entitled having never done anything to build her grandma’s business and lose customers for her grandma.
Beautifully small family owned business must try there sandwiches they are very good.
I used to live near here and drove by it a hundred times. I'm kicking myself for never stopping before. Their sandwiches are amazing. I had a veggie sandwich which is why you don't see any meat in the picture ? the staff I'd very friendly and accommodating. It can get busy with phone orders so ease be patient. It is worth the wait
The Cannoli sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar was awesome!
