I really like their cheese steak sandwich especially when you add grilled mushrooms and lettuce and tomato! Their food is usually good! The jalapeños might be sometimes too spicy but still I enjoy it. They are fast in service and you don’t have to wait as long for your food. I would suggest The Melt!
I’ve loved my experiences here the last few times I’ve gotten food. The fatty melt and bacon fries are always hot and delicious. Alysa was absolutely amazing today, super kind and attentive around the dining room too. Overall quick service, I waited maybe five minutes for my order. A great experience!

Wow. What a hidden gem. Never heard about this place living on the east coast or in the Midwest… the Mac n cheese was superb.. the burger was perfectly cooked, nice and juicy.. wish this company would expand out of the SW.. must hit in Cali.
Was my first time visiting, driving through the area and was recommended by a local . And they did not disappoint! The burger ? we got you can tell it was made from fresh not frozen beef just by the texture and taste on your tongue , just magnificent!
I am glad I tried this place it was very good . The waygu beef mix burger was so juicy. I now know why people make a big deal about waygu beef. Everything we had was very good. I now see you do have a few in the bay area . Now I don't have to drive so far. I will be sure I will stop when ever I find one .
The sandwich was good and comparable to Cafe Ventanas. I'm not sure what the pickle is for and how I should be using it though
This is one of my favorite places in La Jolla! It has a lot of good vegetarian options which is great for me and my boyfriend. He loves the Mac, I’m more of a impossible spicy mission burger girl myself. The food has always been fresh, the service has been great, and the place is clean and welcoming.
Delicious Comfort Food. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the food was like having a homemade meal! It was delicious and fresh! Make sure to order the mac n cheese and grilled cheese sandwich. Highly recommend the restaurant and great location.
So, yes. The food is great. But what makes it greater is the CS. I want to especially recognize Sio. She made me feel welcomed. People who work in service, sometimes don't know, just how far that goes. She was Affable. Professional. I could even see and feel her warmth behind her mask. Awesome. I hope I got her name right. I was so distracted, that I didn't get her name. Great job! Definitely going back. ?
