I was very disappointed in the service this time. Although we love this venue we were not happy with the service. This was the second time we waited way too long to be served. We literally waited 1 hour to get our drinks ordered, and another waiter (not ours) came and took our order. The food is outstanding as usual, but we are questioning whether or not to come back next visit to La Jolla.

We had a wonderful dinner here with my parents. The view was incredible, food was unique and delicious, and service was top notch. We had to ask for water a few times, but plates were promptly cleared. Great special occasion restaurant.
Food was far below expectations for âhigh endâ restaurant. Five of the six proteins were overcooked. Food was generally too salty for our preferences and for the experience, overpriced. Service was friendly although lacking knowledge of the menu and felt rushed during interactions. Would recommend skipping.
Our servers, Stefano and Irma were outstanding. The food was great as always. You can't beat the location and scenery too!
Celebrated my husbands parents 50th anniversary with a group of 7. The location and views speak for themselves. The service did not disappoint. Our server was at tentative, and genuinely friendly. The food was outstanding, most specifically the octopus, beef tartare, lobster bisque and gnocchi. We dined for 3 hours and were not rushed. Our tab with cocktails, and wine was pretty steep but given that the quality of the restaurant, service and food was on par it was worth it for such a special occasion.
