What a great little venue. I had heard about it for decades but did not understand its allure until I experienced it. Great sounding room.
Music was good, very low key cafe and intimate. Found this on a bench outside and I think it perfectly fits the theme

Me and a friend went to check out che cafe and the area behind the cafe was strewn with used needles. Avoid this place. Not even joking
Easily my favorite music venue in San Diego. May be small and without the fancy amenities, but still has the soul so many establishments have ripped out. Cooperatively run, all donation based, no security guards, but everything always goes smoothly.
Great venue with a cool vibe but lighting is subpar along with imbalanced sound an easy fix if someone ran it knew what they were doing

It's an okay place. I saw a show there. It's decent size for the typical small show. It has a nice outdoor area. Parking is not on site, it is at a short distance for a fee. Though I didn't consumed anything I did look at their menu, it's mostly what you'd purchase at a vending machine. Nice little hang out for students though.
