I've been going to this Starbucks for the past 9 years and they have always been great but recently it's been an awful experience. I order on my app and they have messed up my drink several times and I rarely even get an apology. Some apathetic employees but that's a management problem.

Starbucks is a hit or miss now days, this one is a hit!I was there for few hours, the staff greeted everyone with good energy, they were personable and even bought my drink out to me, which I didn’t expect.They had a rush and they handle it like professionals. The place was clean, the people were cool, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks. ?
