Scoops is very tasty. Menu is extensive and included crepes and oatmilk ice cream. Although the lines can get long here, staff is friendly and customer service is on point. One of the best ice cream shops I’ve visited! Will be back.

It was the worst excuse for ice cream I have ever had. Somehow they made ice cream dry. It made my throat feel gross after I ate it. My mouth was super dry too. Don’t come here. They are charging you extra for chalk.

I visited scoops today and got a combo praline butter cake and brown sugar ice cream. No complaints. The ice cream was delicious and I got what I expected. The servers were courteous and I got my food super fast. They got me in and out very fast. All in all a great visit.
I had three scoop icecream, flavor of milk tea, pistachio, and cookie&cream which were all great, and the Nutella crepe. I liked them sooo much. Visiting here and taking a bite would be the best way to charge the energy after surfing.

Scoops absolutely blew my mind. I brought the family here after dinner since the kids were insisting on ice cream. I didn't order any at first until I tried some bites of theirs and had to go back in so I can order for myself. The taste is unbelievable. Has a fresh and natural taste with amazing flavors. The strawberry blew my mind, but the cookies 'n cream was incredible too. And to top things off, they use many organic ingredients as well. Do yourself a favor and have some ice cream here. You'll thank me.
The best ice cream place in La Jolla and perhaps even all of San Diego. Must try their Marionberry cheesecake, Honeycomb, Choco Dulce flavors… very unique and super delicious. Crepes are great too. If you see a line outside, just remember it’s worth the wait. So go for it.
FANTASTIC vegan options here - the mint chip and the peanut butter were so good. The waffle cones were also delicious. We'd definitely come here again!
