This review is for the Rubios at Renaissance Towne Center. We ordered several fish tacos, and what we received on every one of them consisted of about 90% partially cooked batter and 10% fish. Very unimpressive. I’ve been going to Rubios for more than 30 years. If this is what what passes for their fish tacos now, they are truly a shadow of their former selves.
Awesome place to grab some food when in a rush. The customer service is efficient, rates are affordable, awesome atmosphere. Will come visit again
So delicious! From Dallas and there is no place like this back home. The original fish taco Especial was exceptional, and lots of choices I want to come back and try. French fries on a burrito being #1

Good Food but horrible customer service. There’s a discount sign in the front but I did not receive it during the payment. I asked why I did not get the discount, the cashier said in a very aloof attitude that I did not mention it before the payment processed. I am very upset with her attitude!

Recommend getting the lobster bowl if it’s in season. Very tasty with the salsas at the available salsa bar.
The cashier didn't speak the language and she seemed uninterested in working there. I didn't feel good talking to her
