Service was fast and friendly. It was clean, and there was hand sanitizer available for use.
Just stopped in to get ice cream this evening and enjoy the beach. I felt really sad to walk in and not only have the employee, Alex, not wearing a mask, but also looking mad to see customers. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but it ruined the whole thing. He didn't give me what I asked for, slapped around the ice cream and toppings, spilled it into a cup aggressively, and didn't care to clean up the sides. Whatever's going on in your life, I get it, but employees should really be kind to their customers. It effects everyone involved and definitely redirects my money to better places. The worst cold stone visit I've ever had.
