Chipotle sent me an email saying I was in the top 25% of users two weeks ago, so trust me when I say: this location isn't great, there are better options within reasonable distance.They consistently give me the smallest burritos, even when I ask for double meat. Additionally, they tend to be late for pickup orders, and they keep them in the back instead of on the shelf so you have to cut into the line to ask the cashier for your order. As a result, it takes about the same amount of time as it would to just drive to a nearby location instead, and you get more value out of it with bigger serving sizes elsewhere.

Would give a zero if I could. Fyi i ordered it online.They messed up my order. I ordered a half chicken half steak salad but they only give me steak. They even gave me things i dont want and I didnt order(bell pepper). Also, they didn't give me romain. the worst thing of all is that the salad bowl is barely filled up. It was like half way to the top. A bowl is like $10 and i think i dont deserve this.

About to go see the Viking movie “The Northman” and what better way to watch a Hollywood partially inaccurate historical film. By feasting on none other then a meat bowl from chipotle with additional Tabasco sauce. It was delicious, though whoever prepped tomatoes, clearly left a bad piece. No worries, I took my trusty plastic fork and pried it out of that bowl. A battle was lost, but the war was no more.

Ordered online wasn’t even half a bowl, my boyfriend has the same amount. Don’t order from this chipolte. I asked DoorDash for a refund.

I have been going to this chipotle with decent consistency (maybe like once every 2-3 weeks) over the last year, primarily using the order ahead system. There have been several times where I have ordered my meal with the red sauce, and it has almost been inedible with the amount of sauce they put on it (And I love spicy food). Likewise, There have been multiple times where I have ordered ahead, and it has been at least 30 minutes delayed past the expected time (and about 1 hour since I placed the order). This occurred this past Sunday, as I expected my order to be ready at 9:30 p. When I arrived at 9:40 pm they were barely getting out orders for the 8:50 pm time slot. Its unfortunate that the quality is dodgy, and that the order system is consistently slow since there aren't a lot of fast food options in La Jolla. Likewise, given a lot of the staff is dedicated towards prepping the online ordering systems, waiting in line takes a long time given there will probably be only 1 person on the line, and at best 2.

Very disappointed. I ordered a Sofritas burrito as I can’t have meat , and I found a piece of steak inside it!

Roll is too small in this restaurant. You need to pay extra money to get fair quantity.

Your typical chipotle, pretty decent food. Got double meat but I feel like I barely got any extra though.

Chipotle is one of my top five favorite restaurants because of the food, not necessarily the service or business. Clean ingredients and great tasting food for a reasonable price nowadays. Unfortunately, I Felt extremely discriminated against while visiting this location amongst others for not having a face mask while other patrons were also not wearing facemasks. I don’t like it when businesses step over the line politically and especially when they behave rudely to their customers because of their political stance. I have also had issues redeeming a gift card with this location. When I asked how to redeem it, the cashier did not know so I politely asked for a managers help. The manager came to the front counter and did not say a word to me and just walked away saying he didn’t know. Super unhelpful and unprofessional. I have also noticed that I get smaller portions for a higher price compared to the last few years of eating here.
