Worst service ever hope Corp sees this comment lady serving on 4/8/22 at 6:20 pm I placed a mobile app order for 3 subs for curbside pick up arrived at the time indicated and checked in she still didn't even start to make my order as I called and waited additional 25 min outside in my car. Called the store for any update and she didn't answer decided to go in and she was just starting to make them I was astonish and devastated ? I waited until she was done and she still said get your napkins on the way out horrible waited almost an hour of additional time horrible again horrible
The manager was so rude and disrespectful to the customers and her staff/ young boy who worked there. She degraded the young boy that was working with it was so sad. To top it off we called her out and she didn't change her gloves after touching her the register.... First and last time I visit that Subway!
Long time having a: Turkey, ham, and salami(foot long) DELICIOUS, ♥️it!!!!! Long time having: Sea Salt and Vinegar chips, ♥️ them!!!!! Went in at 11am. 3 customers ahead of me, i finally get to order 6 subs. 2 more customers walk in and Sonia took care of business and made them subs pretty fast!! It just sucks that she was alone at a time like this... Good Job Sonia
Had a fun and delicious meal with the family. Everything we had was good! A lil pricey but that's Santa Monica for you. I would def go back again!
$8.00 for a foot long veggie delight?? Everytime I go I get charged a different price at this location. I was a regular on a weekly basis but today was the final straw. Beware of what your being charged for and remember it’s .50 extra just to get it toasted which they ask you in the beginning but don’t mention it’s a extra charge until your ready to pay
I love this place its clean and wonderful and employees are welcoming and nice.
This is a good place to grab a quick healthy lunch. They have the daily special so you don't have to order the same thing everyday. The only complaint is they were not very friendly to a first-time customer like me, they were cold and distance. Improve your customer service if you want repeat business.
