PROS. Clean, attentive staff when you walk in, manager handled homeless person yelling at the wall politely quickly and quietly.CONS they don’t make cappuccinos well. In fact they do such a poor job on two of them (tried two alternative milks). They don’t call out your name when your drink is ready. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to guests that have a problem with coffee. Blank stare, rings up other and says it will be a minute. Just sad
It is like pulling teeth, to ask them to heat up a cup of coffee that they serve warm
Average speed service on drive thru, good beverages, but the baristas are a bit crass. I have stopped by twice in the past two weeks and two different baristas have not so great manners. Maybe a course in politeness would help? I know some of these employees are quite young, but man, no excuses for having such rude attitudes. very cutty when I asked about a drink because I didn't know exactly what it was... the barista sounded ANNOYED. It was ONE question... after that, I ordered any drink I could think of, I just wanted to get out of there. Not a thank you, not a you're welcome, not a have a good day... first Starbucks I've ever experienced this in.
Went through the drive thru which made it quick and easy. The greeter was nice as well as the cashier.
Was spoken to very rudely at the drive through and was corrected on both my drinks as if I don’t get it often. The drink’s didn’t even taste remotely what I normally get.
The staff was really nice and efficient. I was served quickly without any wait time. They even called out my name twice before moving on to someone else. They don't do that at other places I visit.
Fast and friendly, just the way I like it. I was happy to stop at this location and get a drink that was nicely put together. I recommend this location to anyone that is looking for great service.
Due to “high volume” it took 14 minutes to get my drink going through the drive thru lane. There were at most 8 cars in front of me. Good thing gas is cheap and it probably cost me more in gas than my cup of coffee that i ordered.
Drive thru cashier usually have a bad attitude. Im sorry for customers are rude most of the day but not all of us are bad people
I want to share my bad experience. Was very bad customer service, for the cashier. He was rude, rude to me, it seemed that he was upset and his treatment was very bad. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed in the place.
