Bless Joshua. Such a kind barista. I had accidentally ordered drinks at the wrong La Habra location and he let me know that I must double check next time lol, but did make my drinks for me on the spot. He didn’t have to, that was such a kind gesture. I was in a rush to get back to school as well, 10 stars if i could for joshua :)
It's a transactional relationship. I order online. I pick up my order and I'm out the door in 2 seconds. I'm sure everything else is great here.Protip: use a unique name on the app to avoid other people accidentally taking your order.
Fast service, good attitudes from the baristas (at least at the drive-thru), but my drink was pretty weak. Unfortunately for me, I hate wasting foods/drinks, so I didn't go back to get it fixed. Mistakes happen.?♀️
I love this Starbucks. They work diligently to get us in & out thru the drive-thru. I haven't been inside lately. Not sure if it's a cozy atmosphere or nice for studying and getting your work done.
Don’t ask the baristas a question at this Starbucks they cannot multitask they will brush you off like one did a few minutes ago. Thanks for the great experience I will definitely not be coming back.

Good location, when they have what you want, and when they do the drinks right.Been out of caramel the last few times we've gone (which is.. probably the most popular thing too). This might be due to winter rush, which they should have prepared for. A couple of times we were extremely limited on what teas we could order too due to lack of stock. They do not warn customers ahead of time either. They just let you order and THEN tell you they're out.Sometimes the drinks are really good, a lot of the time the way they make the drink makes you ask yourself: "was THIS worth my money?"Really inconsistent store, but it's the closest one to me.
Always a gamble! But, they do make some of my favorite drinks. Go to: Iced Venti Soy 9-Pump Chai. No other chai like it. Service here is usually pretty quick and pretty good. I usually order ahead though, and my drink is waiting, even if its only been 5 min. They do get super busy between 3 and 4 because the two local high schools near by let out around that time. So, just be aware. It is also in a parking lot with In-n-Out so the lot can be a little crazy.
Disappointed at how rude one of the employees was towards me. I’m a frequent visitor to this location and I came to pick up an online order. When i arrived there was an employee on the phone dealing with a customer service issue. I turned to speak to a different employee to ask for a straw for my drink , the employee i was speaking to went to grab me one and the woman who was on the phone stopped her and told her i could not have a straw for my drink. Considering i was not even speaking to her it was beyond rude for her to stop what she was doing to tell a different employee not to give me a straw. The employee who was going to give me a straw apologized for how rude the other woman was.
