This starbucks used to be really good. It's not doing so well now. My last 5 visits my order has been wrong. It's either made wrong, the size is wrong or it's just the wrong drink completely. I order either a Chai tea latte or London fog. The employee at the window handed me the drink and said nothing. Took my gift card. Handed me my drink and walked away. She seemed upset with my drink order possibly? I have gift cards to use and then I will be going to coffee bean moving forward. They are more consistent with their drinks and customer service.

My hot black coffee is usually served cold. It's supposed to be hot.
They allow the homeless people to disrespect paying customers.They need security guard there. Homeless person accused me of stealing from him or her whatever it was... Totally bad experience!Sad
The drive through is super slow every time I go but the coffee is good for a Starbucks.
Rude crew and careless in morning shift say around 4:50am elderly blonde looking with glasses(which I'm sure she didn't made my drink i can see she been prepping dealing with some very light paper i didn't pay attention well) but she had such an attitude all because i asked for more caramel which i learned eventually they where running out which explains there was hardly any caramel in my drink to begin with. . But when she squeezed the bottle just few small drops came out and she said"there" waved her hand as in that's enough. . I was like wow. . So many but i mean majority of times I've been experiencing similar bad/ negative experiences with starbucks now. And i have read several bad reviews and I'm beginning to beleive starbucks don't care and why after all only growing bigger. ?? At least consider having new and old crews take a crash course in how to do good customer service!???Oh and they need to stop making several mistakes then get angry say like on a green tea latte i know i mentioned light ice so they put ton of it instead. Only because i have a look "like I'm so tired of this repeated mistake again!??? " on my face doesn't mean she or he should scoop it out and only add more milk and lighten my tea up without fixing it or re-doing it(especially that i did wanted few scoops extra). They close it and shake it a little and hand it over. So careless they just moving to the next. . . That's horrible service. ?
Nice new store. Ordered ahead and the drinks were ready but incorrectly made. Asked for the drinks to be remade. Took them home and still not made correctly. Frustrating to spend $8 on two drinks and they are not what you want. Courteous and friendly but still did not get order correct with two chances.
Long line, the girl at the cashier can talk. Super fast getting my order except for the fact that I ordered a hot drink and I received cold drink. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't have time to say request a new drink
Good Coffee we have here. My all time fave.
Went at 10 minutes before closing time, it was already closed and everyone already left.
