On 5/21/22 starting at 5:36pm I called to place an order as soon as I got off the freeway at Lambert. It takes approximately 15 min to get to this location from the freeway. It just rang continuously. I hung up and redialed. Same thing happened just rang continuously. I placed 6 more calls and when I got to the location there was one person eating inside. I called as I was standing there and the cashier again just let it ring. I asked if they were not answering the phones or if something was wrong with the phone she said no its working. I said I called as soon as I got off the freeway at lambert and nobody would answer she looked worried and said oh when it gets busy sometimes I can't answer. It did not look busy inside, and I would imagine in the 15 minutes it took to get here someone would have answered. I understand it gets busy buy I placed 7 to 8 calls and nobody would answer. If this is common practice it should be advertised that after a certain time, phone orders will not be taken. I've never had an issue with this place but I wanted to bring this to your attention in case management reviews comments.
Their beef bento box is on point! It’s my favorite meal there you get a little bit of everything and it’s pretty big!
I eat here 1 to 2 times a week.The spicy tuna bow is the best

The food is very tasty, but the cashier's service is very rude. I called 5 times to place my order and 5 times she left me waiting, I went to order at the place and the lady keeping sauces told me that she was too busy to answer and with bad attitude, I asked him to speak to the manager and he replied that he was not there, hopefully they can improve their customer service !!
Didn't think anything about it driving by but to taste their food was awesome

Some of the best food around however they do not awnser their phone half the time and they constantly take forever
The prices went up and the food quality amount went down. This place used to be good but it's pricey compared to other teriyaki/sushi restaurants.
