Always a nice enjoyable place for dining out.. everyone is so friendly..
Ordered curbside and came home to parts of our order missing. I called and asked if I could get the order replaced as the food would be cold by the time we came to get the items missing. I was told they couldn’t do that and they could only replace the items missing. I said okay and decided to pick the missing items up they they said they would remake. When I finally got home with the “remade” food I opened it and it was cold like they just left it under a heating lamp. By far the WORST experience I have ever had at this Red Robin.
Overpriced burgers, and very rude staff. My waitress asked me if I wanted my fries refilled. I said yes. I never saw her again (so, no fries refill). A bunch of employees walked past me in a hurry, and no one checked up on us. I had to take my cup to a waitress station just to get a soft drink refill. The burgers weren't even that good. My friend seemed to have an ok dinner, so not slamming this place too hard. It was clean with clean bathrooms. But I'll never eat there again.
We went to RR yesterday 4/12…the food was ok but the garlic fries were the worse. They Were saturated in so much oil they were limp and soft and cold. I will never go back there again this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at red Robin and for the price that we paid for a hamburger pizza pretzel bites and two drinks $53 was definitely not worth it I give them a one star…By the way the fries you see down below in the photo I had to re-do them in my air fryer and they still were soggy it was horrible
Food is Always good ? we have had the same waiter a few times. He is very nice. Always helpful and smiling ? not pushy. Always good to go there.
It was great. They have good deals. They have a bar too. Require masks when not eating or drinking. Had the mushroom burger and fries ?. Very good tasting meat. Clean, happy atmosphere
This location is always friendly. The food is very standard for their restaurant chain. I would recommend if you're in the area
Love me some freckled lemonade... people are nice. I parked on the wrong side of the building and had to walk around the front... kinda different but no biggie. Got some extra steps in. Would def go back for some bottomless fries, bottomless zucchini, burgers and def the freckled lemonade... prob not for those who don't like sweet drinks. thx
It is a good place to eat. It was 4 of us at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. They restaurant was not as crowded as I thought it would be, especially at dinner time.I didn't take any pictures of our food, I was going to, but we were too hungry and totally forgot about that lol.The entrance was a bit dirty, more than usual for a restaurant, maybe they were really busy before we got there.We checked in, 15 minutes later we were called to our table, as we were directed to our table we noticed that our table was not ready, it was still dirty from the last party, so we had to wait in the middle of the aisle while the our host got some cleaning towels and cleaned our table.Service from our waiter was really good, checked up on us regularly, and our food came out quickly.2 of us ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger with garlic seasoned fries... it was so good. I really enjoyed it. And they were bottomless fries, delicious!!Muy daughter just had a freckled lemonade, which was also a bottomless drink.No complaints about our food or service.
