Excellent location and love the food. We stopped after a visit to a nearby business.Will remember for next time.
Used to eat at pick Up Stix at least once a week sometimes three but the last three or four visits were very disappointing. The service has always been good but the portions and prices have me looking elsewhere. Last time I ordered I think that tiny container of house special chicken was $11 and change?I had the pleasure of meeting the founder years ago and he was very proud of the restaurant chain that he had built. I believe he sold it shortly after and you can tell the difference. It seems like everything is getting worse these days for one reason or another and it’s sad to see my beloved Pickupstix follow. Most companies blame Covid for high prices, small portions and poor service but I would point to In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, Costco and other highly profitable and highly rated companies that are thriving pandemic or not.Don’t be a follower Pickupstix, you’ve always had great tasting food but there’s more to it than that.

Always good food an great service the order online option is horrible I've wasted many rewards an lost lots of money due to the app not allowing me to redeem my rewards for the online order an the store has no control over the app so you just have to deal with it if you wanna order online.. If not just come in an redeem in person if the reward is available for in store redemption...
Good lunch combo deal. Food is good. Not a huge menu but what they have is good.
I just had the WORST Orange Chicken I have ever experienced in my life. The breading was like bread crumbs, NOT traditional Chinese breading. You could tell it was breaded and fried hours before it was used. Look at THEIR picture of Orange Chicken. That's what it should look like.What I got looked worse than dog food. There was NO sauce, and NO orange flavor whatsoever. Just absolutely HORRIBLE. I have taken out from there a few times but no more. Zero oversight! I will NOT be back!

Service was good but the food was lacking flavor or salt and no salt on chicken or edamame just is not very good. Im also a Celiac so im hoping I dont get sick
