Crazy poor listening skills. I just wanted a flicking cheese burger and even asked no pickles or onions. But they gave me a chili cheese burger, no lettuce or tomatoes. This generation is getting dumber day by day
It's Tommy's! Can't go wrong with this Los Angeles staple. Always consistent, and alway good. The employees at this particular location are extremely polite. ???
Fortunately you can still walk into this location until 11pm. I always get two cheeseburgers with everything every time. So good

1st time, last time! Ordered the #1 combo and the burger looked like it was stepped on and the chili was a week old. To top it off, it had no flavor. Super bland chili. Quick and friendly service was the only positive from my experience ?
First it's not world famous for its hamburgers but for their chilli ?You really have to like this taste. There is a reason why the pictures of the burger looks weird....Prices are okay and I always thought chilli is spicy but it wasn't at all. Interesting burger all In all .

I got the cheeseburger combo and of course I added chili and cheese to my fries for a potential of a heart attack with my dinner. Five stars is given for the consistently awesome food and the drive thru staff that was courteous and got my order correct. FYI you can ask for grilled onions with your burger if raw is not your thing.

I'd like to start this off with wow management what a fantastic job you have done with training nobody to do anything you have still failed as a manager Phil Tommy's at the corporation overall just failedWas in the Drive-Thru two cars ahead of me too 15 minutes to get to the window and another 15 minutes after that just to get my order in 30 minutes for a $10 is ridiculous on top of that I was so disgusted by how they put my food together I didn't even want to eat anymore chili cheese fries chili all over the box watch the cook wipe his hands on his apron about 13 14 times so most likely he's been doing that all day and as you do that all day you just came back. And bacteria and all this bacteria all over your gloves they keep wiping on your apron and then wiping on your new clothes and your new clothes and touching everything around there just makes it faster so yes their management has done nothing Phil Tommy's fill the employees field Cooks over around don't go here
