Something's off with their katsu. I love Ono, grew up with it as a kid and have gone to a bunch of different locations just even now cuz of the nostalgia.The katsu at this location is just kinda bad. It's under seasoned and something about the breading is tough and chewy.Can't tell if it's undercooked or overcooked but it just doesn't taste good.
The server gave my order to the wrong person and did not apologize. She also gave the other customer wrong drink. I have to wait for them to make me my order again. The server just had a bad day yesterday.

Every time I try and go to this location, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. The staff is so unprofessional and don’t care about the customers at all. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was my turn to order they said they were closing. The store was supposed to close 30 minutes later.
Ordered for a party and the food was delicious, on time, fresh and hot, and more than enough! Great job, La Habra Ono Hawaiian!
The food was good but it took so long to get around 30 minutes wait for 4 entrees only to find out it's been sitting behind the cashier for a while.
They cannot handle a rush! I waited 30 minutes for a Mini meal! It was cold while letting it sit on the counter. The lady was filling sauce containers instead! Ridiculous!
