Finally tried the “new” Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich. Flavor was ok but meat too dry for my taste. The size of the patty was generous and Not much to say about it only that there are much more better options out there for this type of sandwich. There was basically just one server, very polite though, taking orders and bringing them to the tables. Definitely they need more people.
One of my cheeseburgers came without a meat, always make sure you check your food before you leave unfortunately this isn't the first time something like this has happened, but I just love McDonald's ?
I have gone to McDonald's in la habra and I've left about 5 different times because i couldn't get to the drive through fom being blocked because of the gas station line. Something really needs to be done. I've taken all my business to McDonald's on Santa gertrudes. It won't be long until everyone else finds another establishment close to them.
Totally, and completely incompetent. Handing out Ketchup packets that are covered in syrup is disgusting. The dining room is filthy. No one is wiping down tables and they're still limiting the tables for people to sit. The only clean tables are the restricted tables. Staff is not helpful, friendly or attentive. Still bagging dine in food in to go bags. Talk about a waste of all that extra trash when it's not necessary. Landfills are already too full. Micky Ds is not doing us any favors. I'm disgusted by their entire operation these days.
It's a McDonalds! Went through the drive through. Fast and courteous service. Good hot food. Exactly what I expected!

Placed a simple order with a few requests, easy stuff like no ice in the coke and extra pickles on hamburger and FRESH HOT FRIES, Got ice in the soda, lukewarm fries and two pickles. They must literally hire anyone with a pulse
The fries were stale and the chicken nuggets were chewy instead of being crunchy. The food could have been much better.
The food was fresh,which was very tasty!Just a great experience!
Staff too stingy with things, how can a group of 4 expect to use 2 napkins and if 2 are small kids, is ridiculous, you ask for ketchup and you get 3 packages? For sure not coming to this place.
