Sandwiches are really good and fresh but man their wait times are unacceptable!!!! Even if they are not busy.
They let someone else walk off with my Doordash order. They didn't check his phone or anything. I had to wait an hour just for someone to tell me my food wasn't going to show up. Have your employees check the phones of the delivery drivers before handing out food!

absolutely terrible service. my dad ordered a sandwich today for him and i at 12pm on the app. the app said it would be ready at 12:30pm. he got to the restaurant at 12:40pm, checked in, and waited for 15 minutes. at this point it’s been 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. He went into the restaurant and asked about his order, and they told him they haven’t even started making the order. they had 45 minutes to start an order and never did. he said he watched people walk in and out while he waited for them to START the order. he went back to his car to wait (it was supposed to be a curbside pickup) and waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. he went back in to go figure out what the hell was going on, and they finally gave him the order. i’m not saying prioritize online orders, but come on. that is absolutely ridiculous, an hour to make 2 sandwiches??? absurd. I SHOULD ALSO ADD this is NOT the first time. this is not the second time, THIS IS THE 4th TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS. absolutely TERRIBLE service. DO BETTER.

The guy making the sandwiches was rude and trash off to jimmy johns. He got mad at me because he forgot my bacon but bacon comes on the sandwich just trash. Hispanics customer service is the worst that guy on the register is trash he was throwing toppings on anyway and running the register
I ordered avocado sub(California club sub) for pick up. When I went to pick up they said ran out of avocado and offered me add more bacon. Shouldn't have taken the order in the first place.
The white bread is to dry and no taste
